Ingredients
- 2-3 tbsp Whole 30 approved Mayo I used primal kitchen avocado mayo, or you can make your own
- 1 large ripe avocado seed removed and peeled
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbs fresh cilantro
- Juice from one lime
- salt

- Add all ingredients to a bowl or jar
- Use immersion blender and blend until smooth.

Guacamole
Guacamole has been one of my favorite things to make lately. The favorite part of my food freedom has been pairing the guacamole with some siete grain free tortilla chips, lime flavor! It has to be lime flavor! Otherwise, the guacamole goes perfectly on grilled chicken, shrimp, sweet potato fries , and with veggies for dipping.

- 2 large avocados halved with skin and seed removed
- 1 small roma tomato chopped
- 1/4 White Onion chopped
- 2 tbs cilantro chopped
- 1/2 lime
- salt
- 1 tsp cumin

Instructions
- in a large bowl, add avocado, tomato, white onion, cilantro, salt, cumin and the juice of the lime
- Mix all ingredients. I like to use a fork because i enjoy some chunkiness from the avocado but you may use a blander if you like the avocado smooth.
